Client :

Our client is an international industrial group located in Luxembourg and active worldwide. To manage the office and provide a general support to the team, is looking for a part-time Office Manager.

Description :

You will be the first contact person of the company. You will work and report directly to the CEO and board members. You will manage the following tasks:
  • Meet and greet visitors;
  • Arrange board meetings;
  • Organize business travels;
  • Support the CEO, the board of direction and the team;
  • Run the office;
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients;
  • Scan and archive documents;
  • Prepare several reports, presentations and correspondences...;
  • Have a contact with the local authorities.

Your profile:


  • You have minimum 3 years of experience in office management;
  • You are fluent in English and French; Spanish or Russian will be a strong asset;
  • You have an excellent presentation;
  • You are well organized, methodical and dynamic;
  • You are proactive.
