Our client is a prestigious real estate company active in Luxembourg for many years. They propose luxury real estate properties in Luxembourg and abroad. To face a constant growth, recruits an Administrative Assistant.

Description :

The company is facing a fast continuous growth. You will be the first contact person with customers. As an Administrative Assistant you will be in charge to handle various tasks:
  • Deal with incoming calls and emails;
  • Meet and greet visitors;
  • Dispatch mails and parcels;
  • Manage meetings rooms;
  • Arrange appointments and meetings;
  • Take minutes;
  • Redact reports;
  • Prepare correspondences in English and French;
  • Ensure the filing and archiving paper and electronic;
  • Manage supplier invoices;
  • Order furniture and catering;
  • Support Real Estate Agents (redact announcements, follow-up clients, ...);
  • Update website;
  • Organize events;
  • Handle community management.

Profile :


  • A relevant experience in a similar role (more than 5 years) ideally in real estate industry;
  • Fluent in French and English is mandatory, German and Luxembourgish will be a strong asset;
  • Excellent presentation;
  • Strong ability to discuss with decision makers; 
  • Discreet person;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Excellent organization skills;
  • Good communication skills (both written and spoken).
