Our client is a family office established in Luxembourg since early 90’s.
Active in Europe; our client is specialized in Real Estate and manly develops projects in Luxembourg and border countries. has been mandated to recruit an Office Manager.

Description :

This is a creation of position. You will join a human sized company. You will be involved within the business and will report to the General Manager. You will manage different tasks:

Administrative support :


  • Deal with incoming calls and emails;
  • Meet and greet visitors;
  • Be responsible for the archiving (paper and electronic);
  • Arrange appointments and meetings;
  • Take minutes;
  • Prepare correspondences and reports in German, English and French.

Office management :


  • Handle fleet management;
  • Select providers;
  • Negotiate prices;
  • Place orders;
  • Manage the meeting rooms;
  • Coordinate facility management.

Support :


  • Support the team;
  • Handle agendas;
  • Arrange travels and handle of expense reports.


Profile :


  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Office Manager in an international company;
  • Fluent English, German and French;
  • Well organized;
  • Excellent presentation;
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office;
  • Good communication skills both written and spoken.
