Our client is a retail company based in Luxembourg for decades. Facing a constant growth, has been mandated to recruit a Personal Assistant.

Description :

This is a creation of position. You will join an administrative team, you will be dedicated to the MD and the CFO. Your tasks will be among others:
  • Coordinate agendas;
  • Organize internal and external meetings, appointments;
  • Control expenses;
  • Deal with incoming calls, parcels, letters and emails;
  • Prepare correspondences, reports and presentations in English and French;
  • Ensure the filing and archiving;
  • Maintain the database updated;
  • Be the key contact with the clients.


Profile :


  • Relevant experience as Personal Assistant to C level;
  • Fluent English and French, Luxembourgish will be an asset;
  • Perfect communication skills (both written and spoken);
  • Excellent presentation;
  • Client satisfaction and details minded;
  • Team player and open minded.
